What to expect...
As your therapist, I enjoy motivating and supporting my clients through their journey. I like to offer a patient-centered approach to therapy and will support you in the ways you see most effective. I do not expect my clients to be "perfect" or able to figure it out themselves. We will work together to meet the goals that are most important to you.
I enjoy working with clients who are open-minded and committed to improving their mental health. Outside of our sessions, I like to encourage the use to coping skills, stress management, reframing cognitive distortions and challenging negative behaviors and thoughts. I also utilize online self help resources.
